Hi everyone, I'm Maricar, but you can call me Mari! I wear many hats - Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and a proud member of the Smart Start Session Community here in the Philippines. In the past, I've dabbled as a food service attendant and even worked at a coffee shop in Cebu, where I lived for six months! As a Health Coach and Personal Trainer, my passion lies in helping people transform their lifestyles for the better. I also flex my expertise as a Fitness Instructor in the Philippines.
